Permanent magnets
We have been producing injection-moulded magnets since 1996. Our biggest customers for injection-moulded magnets are, above all, the car industry and their suppliers in Europe.
Plastic-injected magnets are used in magnetic sensors and in small permanent magnet motors, for example. We also import and sell sintered and moulded magnets from other manufacturers.

Injection moulded magnets
The advantages of using an injection-moulded magnet instead of a conventional sintered or moulded magnet are as follows:
The injection-moulding method allows us to make magnets in complex shapes and to narrow tolerances. For example, small rotors with gear wheels for step motors used in speedometers and other instruments in the car’s dashboard.
Low weight when compared with conventional magnets
Cost-effective production. A completed magnet emerges from the tool. No finishing required and magnetisation is part of the process.
No problems with corrosion
Two-component injection moulding allows you to mould the detail with both magnetic and non-magnetic parts in a one-step process.
Using advanced tooling technology, it’s possible to orientate the magnet radially, diametrically or as a multi-pole magnet during the process.
We make our own advanced tools for plastic-injected magnets in our workshops on the Söderköping site.
Imported magnets; oil plugs
We import and sell cast and sintered magnets from other manufacturers. We produce oil plugs for the vehicle and manufacturing industries.
