History

Memo Industriplast was founded in 1947 when Memo AB started production in Eskilstuna. The company has grown organically and also benefitted from the acqusitions of Köpings Industriplast, Hallstahammars Plast and Vermaplast.The head office is now in Söderköping (from 1st October 2011)

Owners and Board

 Deva Group AB has been the majority owner of Memo Industriplast AB since 2007. Deva is a privately-owned investment company, based in Västerås, focussing on manufacturing industries and consultancies. The company was started in 2000 and is owned by DeVenture AB, Johan Söderström (Group CEO, ABB Sweden) and Olof Sand (Group CEO, Proact AB). Members of the board and the Managing Director are also owners of the company.
