Our centralised material handling system is key to our efficient production. All materials are dried in a central location – the drying room – and then distributed directly to the injection-moulding machines. This creates order and efficiency, as operators no longer need a drying unit next to each moulding machine and can instead focus entirely on production.
Our focus on producing high-tech plastic components is often reflected in our choice of materials – demanding operating conditions require tough, high-performance plastics. We process more high-temperature materials than most other manufacturers, including PEEK, PPA and PPS. These materials place special demands on both our machines and our personnel.
