Before each new production series, our skilled setters mount the tool in the injection moulding machine and set parameters such as pressure and temperature. We produce test pieces and measure them against drawings and specifications.
We then adjust the machine settings until the test pieces meet the specifications, and take random samples continuously to ensure that production remains consistent and stable throughout the entire series.
In cases where post-processing is carried out, all components are inspected once again before the ordered quantity is packed on pallets or in cartons.

Our sustainability efforts aim to continuously reduce our climate and environmental impact. Our environmental goals are focused on minimising production waste and making the best possible use of the energy we consume. That is why we use modern, energy-efficient injection moulding machines. All environmental goals are reviewed and revised annually.
