Sometimes the tolerance requirements for technical components are literally at the micrometre level. That means measurements must be equally precise. We ensure this level of accuracy in our measurement laboratory.
After injection moulding, we verify that the finished component meets the specified tolerance requirements. These requirements vary between components, and so does the choice of measurement method. Our measurement lab is equipped with, among other things, a coordinate measuring machine (CMM) to ensure that every component we produce has exactly the right dimensions.
